Can a data-ani be added to a token?

At a glance
The community member who posted the original question is wondering if the data-ani property can be added to a token, or if it needs to be manually applied to all elements. The comments indicate that the data-ani property would need to be manually applied, as tokens only package up styles. One community member expresses a desire to see this feature implemented, but another states that it won't be, as tokens are inherently for CSS and the only way to achieve this would be through custom components. There is no explicitly marked answer to the original question.
Hey, just wondering if a data-ani property can also be added to a token or does it have to manually be applied to all elements?

Manually applied. Tokens only package up styles. I feel the need though
Thank you for responding. And I hope to see it soon implemented. πŸ‘πŸΎ
It won't be. By nature tokens are for css. The only thing I can think of that would unlock this are custom components where those attributes would be on every component implementation
as long as the ani-motion code is present on the site?
