Can't run Builder container from VS Code

Hi there, trying to learn how to get this up and running on my machine. Would anyone be able to diagnose what's preventing the container from starting? Nothing in particular is catching my eye.

Alternatively some advice on running this as a docker container would be lovely so I can just boot it up on my Linux vps
