Hi, I just purchased the product on App Sumo, and when registering I entered an email address different to one I used for Eval, but at the end the license is tied to the initial account. Is there something I can do to change this?
Hey Jov, we don't have email change functionality at the moment, for old accounts we can manually generate a new license but for the appsumo ones they are bound via the appsumo API.
So to change things while the deal is live on appsumo you need a new appsumo license, which can only be redeemed once purchase.
