I have some questions before trying WS...
  1. When I build the website, is there a way to export it?
  2. If there is and I do, will CMS stuff still work?
  3. Is there a watermark?

1 - yes, but you need to have very basic skills using CLI https://docs.webstudio.is/university/self-hosting-and-cli

  1. webstudio doesn't have a CMS, you connect to any cms you want and yes it will keep working
