Craft Template vs Old Template

I'm hesitating between two templates for a side project, https://saas-product-template.wstd.io/ and https://marketplace-saas-landing-page.wstd.io/.

I prefer the first, which is more complete, but it's not Craft.

What do you think? I'm a beginner in web design.
