Delete page has no warning

At a glance

The community members discuss the potential value of adding a confirmation step when deleting a page in their application. One community member notes that the current process makes it easy to accidentally remove a page, and suggests that a confirmation step could be helpful. Other community members agree, noting that while "undo" functionality can restore a deleted page, a confirmation dialog would provide an additional safeguard against accidental deletions. One community member states they will design the UX/UI for this feature this week.

@Taylor Would it be valuable to add a confirmation step when deleting a page?

At the moment it's quite easy to accidentally remove a page.

cmd+z can restore it btw
100%. Just something I picked up and figured might be worth documenting.

Being able to "undo" a deleted page is not very common across other page builders, I could imagine someone freaks out when they realize they deleted their work 🀣 .
I agree, probably a confirmation dialog should be good, we don't need to delete tons of pages fast, so confirmation shouldn't be a problem that slows people down
I'll design the UX/UI this week πŸ‘
