Desktop App Doesn't Highlight Elements

Hi, is the desktop app not supposed to highlight elements when you hover over them on the canvas or the navigator?

I see it happen on the web version but not the desktop version.

works fine for me. most likely just bugged and you have to restart it. Same thing happens in the browser every now and then
