Does anyone know how to set the placeholder text to be at the top?

At a glance

Hey, I'm trying to get the placeholder text to sit at the top of the input. Does anyone have some tips on how to do this?

Try to use textarea instead

Input is always single line for things like name or title. Text area is multiline.
