feat: Adding .devcontainer configuration...

At a glance

A community member has made a pull request to develop the webstudio project using GitHub Codespaces. The community members prefer to keep such configurations as third-party, as they do not use it themselves and do not want to maintain the configuration. They are happy to provide a place in the documentation to link to a third-party solution. If the community member wants to maintain the configuration, they are asked to create a separate repository and provide a link to the documentation. The community members maintain only what they use to ensure quality, as there are several different tools that people might want to use, and it is up to them, not the community members, to maintain the configurations.

Hey, we prefer these type of things to stay 3rd party as we are not using it ourselves and don't want to maintain this configuration.
We are happy to provide a place in the documentation to link to a 3rd party
If you like to maintain it, please create a repo and send us a link for the documentation

At this point there are several different tools people might want to use and its up to them, not us to maintain the configs
We maintain what we use to ensure quality.
Totally understandable. Thanks for taking a look. I'll post an update if I figure out a way to host the config outside of the main repo.
