The community member is celebrating their first client who paid them to build a website using Webstudio, a tool they prefer over WordPress for this client's needs. The client found the community member through word of mouth, as the community member was already managing the client's wife's website. The community member has experience with various website builders like Oxygen, Cwicly, Elementor, and Greenshift, but not Webflow. They are curious to compare Webstudio to Oxygen and other visual builders, particularly in terms of handling stylesheets, tokens, and creating CSS animations.
Hey guys, i just wanted to celebrate my first client who paid me to build a webstudio website 🥳🥳🥳 Hope it's the first of a long list! (Until now, i sold WordPress websites)
Word of mouth : i have his wife's website in my care plan. The guy begins his own activity, knows nothing about websites and doesn't have special needs or functionnality. So i thought that webstudio would be a better fit for him than WordPress, and for me it could be nice to train with this kind of small site
I think oxygen builder has always tried to be like webflow, so you have a comparable experience I guess. So I am curious how do you compare oxygen to webstudio subjectively, do you feel like we already reached a "much better product" stage?
