The community member asks if they can import sites created with Framer into Webstudio, rather than having to learn another new tool. The comments suggest that this is not currently possible, but that learning Webstudio is still worthwhile as it aligns with standard HTML and CSS, providing transferable knowledge. Another community member shares their personal experience, finding it easier to learn a new tool like Webstudio when it's still in its early stages, as opposed to trying to learn a more established tool all at once. The original poster expresses appreciation for the feedback, noting they have no coding experience.
Not at this time. But even if there were, the tool is still worth learning. It'll be best to know how to manage it and update it. The model of Webstudio aligns with HTML and CSS, meaning it's not proprietary. So you learn this and you have knowledge that is transferable and rooted in the "real stuff"
@thebolt5636, speaking from personal experience, I find it much nicer to learn a product when it's still in its infancy. You can learn new things as they come out with new features vs trying to learn some bohemith all at once.
I never used framer or webflow so this type of builder was new to me. It was a little learning curve, but now I find it super intutive. (I do come from a background of web development though, so can code my own sites. This is just way faster and more fun.)
