Hello, How can I request a refund and cancelation of my purchase?

At a glance
I've sent an email but there's no response yet and I'm not sure, should I just wait or do something else? Because on the website it says that I can contact the team through Discord.

how long did you wait for a response?
Not long actually, just expect some automatic response to know my email has been received. It's been an hour since I've sent the email. Sorry if I came here too fast or something, just looked at the website to make sure I sent my email to the right place, then I saw there in the fqa a link for the Discord server to get support.
