At a glance

The community member is planning to create a digital menu card for a coffee shop using Webstudio and Airtable as the CMS. They are looking for a simple way to integrate an "Add to Quote" button for each product, allowing customers to send their order along with their name through a form, without the need for a checkout or payment process.

The comments suggest using a webhook form connected to a tool like n8n or a custom backend endpoint to process and send the data to Airtable. Another community member mentions the possibility of implementing a shopping cart functionality, but is unsure if it's possible within no-code tools. Some community members also discuss the use of Airtable as a CMS and recommend Baserow as a more performant alternative.

Hey everyone,
I'm planning to create a digital menu card for a coffee shop using Webstudio, with Airtable as the CMS.

I’m looking for a simple way to integrate an “Add to Quote” button for each product, allowing customers to send their order along with their name through a form.

There’s no need for a checkout or payment process — just a straightforward way to submit the order with the selected items and customer name.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to best implement this?

Thanks in advance!

Use webhook form and connect it with something like n8n or your custom backend endpoint which will process and send data to airtable
Or even directly to airtable hook
I was thinking about that. But I am not sure how to implementiert an Shopping Cart functionality. So they can see all the Products they have picked, Remote or put higher quantity and then Order it.

Is that possible within no code tools? I was not quite able to find a Solution, as I dont know how to code it.
Would love to see how this is going. Planning to use Airtable as a CMS for some projects but would love to see how others are finding it.
Any major issues/limitations?
We recommend baserow as more performant alternative
Yeah I've seen that.
I've not used it before though and I have a few smaller biz clients that I still want to get using a accessible CMS so I'm gonna check it out and hope it's easy for normies to use
