How can I display or offer PDFs/documents for download?

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask if there is a way to display PDFs or offer documents for download, especially for public announcements and official documents.

Yeah i have seen this but is there like a workaround until this feature gets implemented? I have thought about Cloudflare R2 but maybe you guys have better ideas.
