How can I use a CMS integration to change static elements

At a glance

The community members discuss ways for a client to edit static pages or elements on a website. Some suggest using a CMS (content management system) or giving the client editor access, but note that there is currently no built-in CMS functionality for editing static content. The community members suggest integrating an external CMS if the client needs to edit static elements without changing the design. They also mention a related issue on GitHub that the community can follow for progress on this feature.

Useful resources
Hi, I want to allow my client to change stuff for themselves on static pages / static elements. Is there a way to do that with CMS or is there an editor functionality?

CMS is whatever you choose. So yes, they could edit from there and the site would be connected. You could also give them the site or give them editor access.
How do you provide editor access? and is there a good tutorial that shows how to use CMS for static elements?

it's limited but might do what you want (depending on situation)
there is currently no cms for static elements, static stuff is meant for developers/designers
if you want an editor with no permission to change design, you will currently need to integrate an external cms
cool thanks a lot for the info!
