how to change the color of a switch

At a glance

A community member is having trouble changing the color of a switch and has been trying for hours. Other community members suggest that the issue may be due to an override from a local or token style. They provide some guidance, such as hovering over the red label to identify the style source, and clicking the local icon to select the checked states from the local dropdown. However, the location of the local icon is unclear, and a community member suggests watching a video that covers red labels, local, and more.

Red label there means something is overriding it. You can hover over the red label and it’ll let you know what style source it’s on. Probably Local or another token
It says local checked state is overriding it. So click local icon and select the checked states on it from the local dropdown
where is the local icon?
Not on my computer right now but just watch this it covers red labels, local and more https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oL42jVHlaqE&pp=ygUJV2Vic3R1ZGlv
