How to Create a User-friendly Page for Clients to Update Content on a Webstudio Site

At a glance

The community member is looking for a user-friendly way to allow their clients to update a gallery and events on their Webstudio site, without requiring them to log in to tools like Airtable or Hygraph. The comments suggest that using a CMS on top of another CMS may be overly complex, and that simpler solutions like content blocks or integrating with cloud storage services like Dropbox or Google Drive could be more appropriate for their needs, especially if the clients are not very tech-savvy. There is no explicitly marked answer, but the community members provide several suggestions for potential solutions.

Useful resources
Hey everyone! I don't know where to start so any input would be appreciated.

I have one client that updates a gallery on their site and another that updates events for their business.

I can't tell them to login to airtable or hygraph so how would I got about putting these options into a Webstudio site? Is there a way to create a user friendly page on a Webstudio site that sends the data to airtable etc then is populated on another page?

Thanks in advance.

If you are using hygraph and airtable these tools are made so the client has good time editing content. Otherwise you will start creating a CMS on top of a cms
If you got only few items and need extreme simplicity, maybe don't use a cms
Thank you for the reply Oleg. My clients are not very tech savvy, what option could I implement for a user friendly gallery in Webstudio?
are you using hygraph or airtable?
if not you may want content block - for limited, smaller collections and content

if you are using airtable as a backend, then airtable is the UI for your customers
if you are shooting for something "dumb" simple, then you might want to integrate with dropbox/gdrive or even instagram ... where they can put things into folder or publish things in an extremely simple manner
Excellent! Thank you Oleg. I'm stoked on Webstudio and excited to see what is to come. πŸ‘
