How to regain access when changing primary google login domain

At a glance

The community member changed their primary Google domain, which has locked them out of their Webstudio account, despite it being the same Google account. They tried creating a separate Chrome profile under the old domain, but this did not work. The comments suggest that the community member may have lost the email used to register the Webstudio account, and they need to provide proof of ownership to regain access. The community members are discussing ways to verify the ownership and access the account.

Hi,

We recently changed our primary google domain and no longer can access the webstudio account for the original domain, despite it still being the same google account (multiple domains per account). In other words, the google account domain change has locked us out of our webstudio account.

I tried creating a separate chrome profile under the old domain, however this doesn't work as chrome only associates itself with the primary google domain.

Any help appreciated!

well you basically lost an email that you used to register
you also can't verify who you are now because you can't send me an email from your address?
I need proof of ownership, pls send anyhing you got to oleg@webstudio.is
and then your new email for google or github sign in
i can still send emails from that address (they work in parallel and are both still active, both under the same google account).

I'll send an email from both accounts and maybe we can then take it from there on the private discussion?!

Much appreciated!
