What's the easiest way to send form-data to an E-Mail address I define? I log into Webstudio via GitHub and would like to use another E-Mail than used for GitHub credentials.

Here are a few more questions on forms: 1) Is there a way to configure that senders get a copy of their E-Mail? Great for UX.
2) Is there a way to edit Tooltips in the Form-Flow? In languages that offer formal and informal, such as German and French, the tooltip may not match the tone of voice used for the remaining site. German tooltip is informal (pic 2).
3) Which route do E-Mails take, roughly – do you see the theoretical chance to mess with input data? Background: GDPR, of course.
