I need help for CLI in local host

Hello I hope you are well.I am in local mode and I want to export my project so I use the cli commands in the terminal and I connect with for example vercel, the connection works but the deployment does not work and this for all the cli offered.I think I have not configured some things in the code space is there anyone who has an idea?
