A community member has an issue where only a Tier2 plan is recognized on their Webstudio account, despite stacking 3 codes. The community members discuss the issue, with one suggesting the codes were purchased through RocketHub and advising the community member to reach out to them to cancel the order and re-issue a new order with the correct tier. Another community member offers to refund any extra stacked codes if the community member purchased them directly. The community members eventually determine that the community member is on the PRO plan, which is the same as the RocketHub T2 plan. Hi! I have a bad feeling although I stacked 3 codes, only a Tier2 gets recognised on my webstudio account - can you guys provide me an email for checking this?
@Andrea-Bandi we have never offered code stacking. Only specific tier purchases.
I'm assuming this was bought via rockethub, if so please reach out to them and ask them to cancel your order and re-issue a new order with the correct tier.
