Hey, what do you mean by wiki? just wiki-like content - sure. E.g. there is no search yet and most likely you would want a CMS to manage that content. Also we know nothing about the amount of content you have nor how you are going to maintain that content - are non-technical users going to change it or the designer.
There are a lot of questions here, you might want to familiarize yourself with the platform first.
