Indicate type of menu item in Radix Mega Menu

@Jacob, is this a question? It sounds like you're just making a statement, maybe that's why you haven't gotten any responses.

The down arrow on the menu item doesn't tell you that it's got children?

Sorry if unclear. As the title says it is the type of menu item we could do something about.

Inserting default radix nav menu gives me a simple menubitem with a link and two items with mega menus.

Unfolding the radix at first level indicates three menu items with children, but not which is the simple and which is the mega menu.

Nothing but a suggestion for small improvement i noticed.
