Internal linking in markdown doesnt seem cached

At a glance

The community member is experiencing an issue where pages cached using /somepage within their web service are fast, but when using internal links on Markdown, the pages do not pull from the cache. They are asking if there is a specific way to form their internal Markdown links.

In the comments, another community member provides an example link to check, and another asks for clarification on the difference between cached and uncached pages.

A third community member notes that Markdown links do server navigation, while link components do client-side navigation.

What do you mean by cached vs uncached? I am missing how to test what you mean.
Markdown links do server navigation, link components do client side navigation.
