issue logging in after email change

  3. I'm tring to login from my laptop and I have only two options: google or github login.
  4. logging in with my gmail account let me in but it recognize me as xxx@gmail.com user, even if the domain email and the gmail email are associated and I'm using xxx@mydomain.com when logging in.
  5. for this reason my PRO plan is not recognized and webstudio offers me to upgrade to Pro (again)
How am I supposed to login to my PRO account?

hi, both github and google sign in will work as long as the email used there is matching your account

you seem to have both accounts, so I am not sure which one you want to use, but either way you can just choose which one you want by choosing any sign in option that has the right email

if you need to change the email send an email to. support@webstudio.is from your current email with the request to change to the email X, so we can verify you own the current one before changing

if the email you want to change TO is also having an account, we would need to deactivate that account in order to rename
