Limitations?

Out of curiousity, if I design and download, does that mean I’m not limited to the number of users my plan limits me to? Can I basically have as many users as I like since I’m not hosting in the app?

Not sure what you mean by users, but generally if you selfhost, you can do whatever you want

By users, I mean page views.

If you self-host you won't be limited by Webstudio. The page views would be on your server.
