Hi, why do you not recommend using the GitHub version of builder in production? Is it due to the complexity of installation or are there other reasons?

I'm a bit confused as I don't understand anything about programming. Can I install the github version of webstudio on my PC and use Webstudio completely locally, without connecting to the cloud and creating an account to create a project?
