but search console says Couldn't Fetch

I've tried everything but nothing works. How do I fix this issue?

The image above shows everything. I've tried doing everything to stop it, and I checked the meta title, but the "- Vovxb"part is nowhere to be found. I've tried re-indexing multiple times.
