@John Siciliano @Oleg Isonen my team & I were discussing building an AI-assisted landing page builder on top of Webstudio platform - wondering if you guys plan on offering an API access to Webstudio in the future? 🙂

Idea is simple: user of this app would be able to easily select pre-built components/sections/landing pages, change text/images & all of this would be formatted & posted to your Webstudio - think of it as a quick starter kit for pages.

This would be very useful for MKT people, needing to create quick prototypes of landing pages, with possiblity of further developing them into standalone projects.

I haven't figured out the details yet: a user would create a project on WS & provide edit link, then our app would create elements inside that project, which would be of course compatible with Craft for easier scaling of the page.

We thought of self-hosting Webstudio & configuring it that way but I thought it wouldnt be too bad to ask about API access.

I'm working on a multi-purpose venue website, which will display various types of events.

I'd like to display the events for each year, month of the year & create individual page for event.

The idea is to have multiple components for my slug & combine them into dynamically generated pages - e.g.: website.com/2025/march/jazz-evening

How should I do that in Notion DB?

Once you start building a new Webstudio project, how are you structuring your project?

Do you use something like Finsweet Client-First methodology, something else?

Hi, I'm trying to use a prebuilt navigation component from the Untitled UI kit, hosted in the Webflow template library.

I'm having issues with actually showing the menu on tablet/mobile (<991 px): it just shows a white screen, nothing else - any suggestions on how to solve this?

People are all about creating things faster: sometimes we're testing an idea, doing a quick add-on or just simply we don't have the time to build something.

Pre-built component library is something that goes hand-in-hand with the SV ethos of "move fast & break things". I can select between 2 or 3 variants of a contact form & just copy-paste it in my Webstudio build in 20 sec instead of 3-5 minutes building one.

From a business standpoint, a component library like this makes sense on multiple levels. Think of Relume for Webstudio:

  • will get a new user up to speed with the platform by saving him development time,
  • will attract new user base as they won't be intimidated to start a new project,
  • will attract existing user base from other ecosystems as they are familiar with the product offering from their primary ecosystem etc.
So, who's building this? 😄
