Paragraph on hover

Hey, my brain isn't working today! I'm trying to set the paragraph color to white on hover, but it only applies to the text and not the entire paragraph. Is it possible to make the whole paragraph change color?

If it's set on paragraph you can't change it from link

Remove color from paragraph and it will be inherited
