Redirecting www to non-www domain

At a glance

The community member is trying to redirect all www traffic to the non-www domain. They found an article with instructions, but are unsure about the 3rd step. They have __webstudio_is right now and are unsure if it should be __webstudio_is_www or __webstudio_is_www. The community members discuss that the @ record is the apex/non-www domain, and that the target for step 2 should be the non-www domain (e.g., yourdomain.com). One community member mentions that page rules are deprecated in Cloudflare and suggests using a redirect rule instead.

I'd like to redirect all www traffic to the non-www domain, found this article, but I don't understand the 3rd step. I have __webstudio_is right now, and that should be not __webstudio_is_www or __webstudio_is_www?

Edit: step 1 CNAME record with @ and the target copy paste from webstudio.
But what about step 2, what should be the target of that CNAME record?

@ is apex and is non-www, basically what is yourdomain.com
so you are redirecting www to apex
so yourdomain.com is the target of step 2?
Ahh yes, got it, thank you.
Page rules are deprecated in cloudflare need to update this
I'm using a redirect rule and have my www set to a "dummy" / internal cloudflare IP (www -> 192.0.2.1) as the rule wont trigger unless the www is a dns record
and my redirect rule is this
