image urls are unique and can change any time, these are not permalinks, so what you are trying to do is not supported

"We want to upload bulk images in assets with specific names, and then give urls in baserow table, but those random text not able to automate."

But with more details on the "why". There's a problem for you and you see this as your solution, there might be other solutions but will need to know the intended reason for the quesiton.
