The community members discuss the idea of reverting to default values or setting a value to 0 or none when deleting a value in an application. Some community members express concerns about this, as it could be disruptive when editing values. Others suggest that it would be convenient, especially when deleting a margin and wanting the input field to reset to the default value. The discussion explores different approaches, such as actively pressing Enter on an empty field to reset it, and compares the behavior to other editors like Webflow. Overall, the community members seem to agree that this could be a useful feature for convenience, but they are unsure of the best solution. One community member created an issue to further discuss and address this suggestion.
why would that be nice, imagine you are editing the value, deleting it to change it to something else and as you deleted it it suddely resets to something else
Resetting to the default values would be nice, sometimes I forget what the element starting values where and the first instinct is what I thought when you delete it, it resets as if nothing was modified.
No problem! Glad I could help. Is there btw a way to see how much page views from the 2.000.000 I have used? I'm afraid that I suddenly receive a high bill.
we don't have a way yet, but we are also not sending those bills around because of that, as soon as we have a way to visuallize and notify, users will have time to react within a month
