Shadows in swiper.js

At a glance

The community member is trying to create a shadow effect in a testimonial slider using the Swiper.js library, but is experiencing an issue where the shadow is being cut off on the right side. The community members discuss the problem, with one suggesting that the issue may be related to the overflow: hidden setting or the need for additional padding. Eventually, the community member finds a solution by adjusting the overflow hidden in the section and changing the formula width.

Hello,

I try to create shadow in a testimonial slider like I did in Figma but I have a cut on the right.

I took the template from the marketplace swiper.js to create the slider

Is there someone how already did it ?

Thank for your help

What is your problem exactly?
The shadow is cut look at the red circle (second picture)
Without seeing the project, you probably need to have some padding on the top or remove the overflow: hidden.
Thanks to your message and a good night sleep, I found the solution. I had to put the overflow hidden in the section and change the formula width.
