Some error or identification on why I can't move some elements

There are a couple of projects I've run into this issue. I can't move an element.

In the video, you can see that I can click/drag to move some items, but not all of them. I don't know why.

The suggestion is to add an error as to why I can't move it.

I've encountered the same kind of issue, each time it was related to a slot. Maybe the Slot component needs some tweaking?

Faced similar issue that Slot cannot be moved out of a specific area (navigation) Posted a new thread under 'Help' but just came across this post too

Do you see this error when drag something from iinside of navigator menu?
