Styles Panel Shift?

At a glance

Was there a change to the styles panel or is this a bug? I was trying to work on the hover background for the menu links and the typography section seems to have shifted somehow.

which instance to select where you see this?

as i'm looking at the still open window, from last night, i am on the button for one of the menu items
