The Radix Theme: A Compelling Default Option

At a glance

The community member likes the Radix theme and suggests making it the default with the Craft guideline, as they enjoy the standards-compliant and nicely spaced out design. Other community members express confusion about the suggestion and ask for clarification. Some community members suggest integrating Radix components more seamlessly into the builder, such as providing a popup window to insert and customize Radix theme components, or making more Radix elements available under the Radix panel. There is no explicitly marked answer.

I like the radix theme and could see it as default, and you said that it was just made with the radix primitives.

Why not make it default with the craft guideline ?

I would like that. I enjoy the standardscompliant, nicely spaced out design in the radix theme

I don't follow. What are you suggesting?
hmm ... like the onx ... as a kind of wireframe I believe it is called - most builders have it as a "blank" starting point. Not just for ease and efficiency - but to me I much more enjoy opening up a design library for inspiration - and then click in the design - let me record a video - ok ?
Yeah I don't follow. Radix is in the builder already, so what else are you wanting with it?
keep on running into upload limits
when inserting a button in the builder - make it look like this https://www.radix-ui.com/themes/playground#button
or make more elements - liuke the button - avaiable under the Radix panel in the builder
or just a popup window where I can insert and customize the Radix theme components like in the youtube demo - the youtube demo has layouts - so its different - but it is really visually intuitive to have these wireframes avaliable - when considering a layout
but maybe that is just me - being used to something else ... so F... it πŸ™‚
i understand the use of radix primitives - but it is a bit disjointed .... disconnected having a component called button in one style and then radix primitives that are styled to some extent
I'm not familiar with it but is it radix specific? Radix is one component package, but we want to add more in the future
If they offer css vars though you can paste them in
