Trying to make a responsive two columns

At a glance

The community member is having difficulty creating a two or three column layout for text and headlines. Another community member is also looking to publish their website, and is unsure whether they should direct their CNAME and TXT records to add the domain to their account if they are on a free plan, or if they need to upload a static page to their host. A third community member suggests checking the YouTube channel for tutorials that may answer both questions, and also recommends looking at website templates to see how columns are made.

I'm finding it difficult to make a two column or even three column area for some text and headlines, how do I go about achieving this?

I'm also looking to see how to public my website, I have hosting elsewhere if needed. Should I direct my CNAME and TXT records to add the domain in my account if I'm on the free plan? Or do I need to upload a static page to my host?

Their youtube channel has tutorials that answer both questions. There are also website templates you can look at to see how columns are made.
