Hi Team! I watched your roadmap and same you're working on a Webflow copy/paste feature on Webstudio? Why did you deprioritize Search and CSS Grid UI? It's more complex achieve than a Webflow copy/paste feature? (I think this feature is really complexe too...) thanks!

foundational reason is that we need more templates, and webflow community has a lot more stuff starting with libraries

also allowing people to migrate is a big deal

we didn't deprioritize anything

if this feature turns out to be too hard, I might pause it and switch to something that is easier and has similar amount of impact

I just finishing a style guide for the community and after I will start a component librairy dedicated to Webstudio if it is relevant in order to help community

I think even more important are full-page templates but yeah

With component library it will be easier (for me at least) to ship templates for community (and my clients)

I have a feeling releasing webflow copy-paste will make a giant splash on the socials and also allow a lot of people to try both faster

there will be no interactions and no CMS though, so it is going to be limited in what it can do
