What is the correct way to Parse ZenBlog date data into a more simple format?

I'm able to pull the raw date data into Webstudio but having difficulties formatting it into a simple DAY YYYY-MM-DD format. What is the best way to do this?

The Time component lets you bind a date then format it short, long, etc and by location
