Can you share a link to the site? May need the builder link too but we'll start with the site
Here's what i see after inspecting the frontend
Here's the human-readable version of the HTML content:

but it works in the builder
Two different IPs π€·ββοΈ Your Hosting/firewall is allowing requests from the builder app. Once the site is published, its exported from the builder and sent to Cloudflare Workers, an entirely different system. Your hosting/firewall is blocking the latter
hosting provider says they consider the ip in bad standing and that is why they blocked it - more details in dm if you want
they can remove the firewall, but they said it was in an unfortunate db
LOL they blocked Cloudflare. Their IPs power more than half of the entire internet. If they say this they are full of shit.
25 percent in global internet traffic to be exact in 2023
that is what i told them but they said the requesting ip was in a db of bad reputation and that if i told you you would now more
their approach for protection is old as the internet
can I report here the db they mentioned ?
I can explain why they do what they do. Basically 20 years ago there was no cloud. There was a bunch of servers with static IP addresses. If someone does something shady, they just block the server's ip address.
Now this is entirely different, but they live in the world from 20 years ago.
no, its entirely pointless
Basically cloudflare needs to deal with them if anything. But honestly just run away from them.
Cloudflare has a pool of ip addresses. Via this pool there are millions of sites that run their servers. 25% of the internet. If some of those sites do shady stuff, the ip might get blocked. It happened before, it will happen over and over.
These people need to realize that their approach to protection via IP blocking is not working.
I think they do realize that but what are they supposed to do, go out of business? some day.
Cloudflare uses machine learning to protect the traffic at global scale. This is the most advanceed traffic protection company in the world. Basically they started as an advaced firewall.
but it is one of the nations biggest providers
so, many customers will be using them or one.com
yeah, they either need to invest into a better tech, or use cloudflare or die
Can you whitelist hostinger ?
Me? we don't block by ip, neither does cloudflare
I just tried to explain that this approach doesn't work. They are blocking cloudflar's ip, not the other way around.
im thinking whether you know them to not be blocking ?
you are asking me if hostinger blocks traffic by IP? I don't know
sorry for the confusion - i get what you wrote - i did not mean you should do something just like tell me if Hostinger can be succesfully used
okay - so .... what can I use ?
I would ask hostinger if they block traffic by ip, what is their protection mechanism and if they have blocked cloudflare IPs in the past or have them whitelisted. The later would be ideal but I doubt it.
ok - but this is a gamble then ...
Its a good question and I have no answer. Needs a research.
hostingers cloud use coudflare protected nameserrvers
lol then they will have no isssues
Security
Enhanced DDoS protection
Web application firewall
Cloudflare protected nameservers
Malware Scanner
Secure access manager
Free domain WHOIS privacy protection (US$ 9.99 value)
sounds like they won't ever block cloudflare then
but they are not close enough serverwise - closest is amsterdam
do you happen to know wpmudev and their setup ? thats dedicated setup, with dedicated ip
