When it comes to Webstudio project thumbnails to my knowledge it grabs it from the image of the index page. This feature just doesn't work if you select "Include in marketplace". General project settings in the area I provided with the screenshot could go a long way improving the experience. While I am aware there are project settings when you select the project, they do not include setting a project thumbnail. Maybe just adding the thumbnail feature into that section could help but I digress.
I would like the ability to customize and change the 404 page to my liking. This way I can have it redirect to another page or have my own custom animation / text.
When I'm working on my Webstudio site it could be useful to only publish it to my wstd.io domain instead of my actual domain name. This could allow me to create a "beta" site that I could publish my static pages to first. This might require a form of "version history" that could be hard to work out though.
User settings would be a great addition to Webstudio. Adding a panel to edit your username / email / and terminate account would be great. Possibly managing billing and subscriptions would be good too. It would probably be placed right under “Upgrade To Pro” in the dashboard.
I use an iPad pro to develop my websites and I am excited to use Webstudio on it. I can inspect element and remove the element blocking me from editing my site natively on mobile but it can be a bit of a hassle and just disabling the popup all together would help a whole ton 🤗
Will Webstudio ever be integrated with Firebase Authentication / Firestore and if so when should we expect it? (I have seen Webflow do it and I thought it could definitely make Webstudio super powerful)
